HOW TO HANDLE RAW FOOD PROPERLY?
Thaw portions in the refrigerator in an airtight container. Once thawed, they can be stored for up to three days in the refrigerator. Avoid leaving portions at room temperature for more than 15 minutes. After handling, be sure to thoroughly wash your hands, as well as all surfaces, utensils, and bowls that have come into contact with raw food.
